  • Employers: You may post job opportunities (“Job Ads”) and search for candidates. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Job Ads and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Job Seekers: You are solely responsible for the content of your resume and Profile. Do not share sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, bank account details) on your Profile.
  • Employers: You are solely responsible for the content of your Job Ads and for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws, including labor, employment, and anti-discrimination laws. Job Ads must include salary information where required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting false, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harassing or discriminating against other Users.

6. Content Ownership and License

  • Job Seekers: You retain ownership of the content you post on the Site but grant Hire Wyre a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Site.
  • Employers: You retain ownership of your Job Ads but grant Hire Wyre a license to display and distribute them on the Site.

7. Content Ownership and License

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Hire Wyre reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your Profile, Job Ads, and other content may be removed from the Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
